Wendy is addicted to rock climbing, aerial arts, and peanut butter. She loves studying complicated movements and making them her own. During individual sessions, she also trains alongside you, so you never feel like you’re working out alone.

Former collegiate track athlete, Ted's current focus has been bodyweight training and movement fundamentals. He's passionate about applying his experience to helping you develop safe and functional movement.

Marissa is a former collegiate soccer athlete who found a passion for mastering her bodyweight. She loves progressing toward new movements and helping clients find their strength. Marissa also works as a Reactivation Specialist where she helps manage stress and pain through balancing the nervous system.
