This class will teach you the fundamentals, and is OPEN FOR ALL LEVELS! Whether your trying to get your handstand more consistent, or have never been on your hands, this class will give you the foundation of everything you need to work on to start nailing those holds in the middle of the room.
What is a series?
Our weekday classes are organized into structured 6-week training series designed to help you make real progress, not just get a good workout.
Each series follows a planned progression and includes:
✔ Small group coaching (max 12 people)
✔ A starting assessment
✔ Optional personalized training you can use outside of class
✔ Consistent weekly sessions
When you register, you’re reserving your spot in the full training series, not purchasing an individual class. This format helps you stay consistent, accountable, and improving week after week.
Personalized programming is based on the assessment session held at the beginning of each series. If you join after the assessment has taken place, you’ll still receive full coaching, guidance during class. You’ll have the opportunity to receive individualized programming at the start of the next series.
Joining Late?
You can still jump into the current series if space is available. Contact us below before registering and we’ll provide prorated pricing based on the remaining weeks.

What is a Training Series?
A Training Series is a structured 6-week small group program where each week builds on the last. You’ll train with the same group, follow a planned progression, and receive coaching designed to help you make real, measurable progress.
Am I buying 6 classes?
Not exactly. You’re reserving your spot in a 6-week training program, not purchasing individual classes. The focus is on consistent training and long-term progress rather than drop-in attendance.
Can I join after the series has started?
Yes — if space is available.
You’ll jump into the current training block and receive full coaching and support in class. Contact us before registering so we can apply prorated pricing based on the remaining weeks.

Do I still get personalized programming if I join late?
Personalized programming is based on the assessment we do at the start of each series. If you join after that session, you’ll still receive full coaching, and guidance during class.
If you’d like individualized programming, you can join at the start of the next series. Make sure to attend the first assessment session of each series to receive programming.
What happens in the assessment session?
At the beginning of each series, we do a group assessment to understand your current movement ability, strengths, and areas to improve. This helps ensure you’re training safely and gives direction for personalized programming.
What if I miss a class?
Because this is a structured program, consistency is important. Missed classes do not roll over. A make-up class may be available in another session if space allows.
What happens after the 6 weeks end?
You’ll have the opportunity to roll directly into the next 6-week training series and continue progressing. Members currently in a series receive early access to register before spots open to the public.
How does priority registration work?
Active series members get first access to sign up for the next training series before registration opens to new members. This helps maintain group consistency and rewards commitment.
Is this program good for beginners?
Yes! All exercises can be modified to match your experience level. The small group format allows for individual coaching and adjustments so you can train safely and effectively. I recommend being able to kickup to the wall as a minimum for participation.
