CBT is about building a community of movement enthusiasts across disciplines.  Our trainers share the same movement philosophy: better movement with less pain and dysfunction is the key to optimizing performance and longevity. We will teach you the "Why" and "How" while leading by example.

Move, explore, and train with our trainers in their favorite playground! During open gym, you can work on anything you want, at your own pace. All equipment is available to use during open gym. Our open gyms are frequented by yogis, CrossFitters, trickers, aerialists, gymnasts, surfers, golfers, martial artists, and more.

Slackline Sunday

First Sunday of the Month

1-2pm Rigging: How to rig your slackline? 
2-4pm Open Gym slack Fest! 

Learn the basic prerequisite techniques to walk on a slackline in a safe & supportive environment. 
Looking for more of a challenge? We can show you how to safely transition into static tricks, yoga postures, spirals, flips, and more advanced tricks on the line.

Gymnastic Strength Training (Beginner/Intermediate)

For adult beginners and intermediates alike, this class will teach you the basics of gymnastic strength and help you build the mobility and technique you need to hold proper balance. Gymnastics is a great way of boosting your body's overall fitness, improving agility, and muscle strength.

Capped at 4 people per session, GST Trainer Daniel Chavez will be able to give you individual attention and customized movements perfectly suited for your ability. Combining strength and gymnastic mobility drills is the perfect way to develop body awareness and harnessing full body control through movements such as L-Sits, static holds, hollow body position, pull ups, push ups, planche, and more.
