The Story

Center for Balanced Training has been open for 10+ years helping a wide variety of folks, and has a rich history.

This gym was created to be more than just a place to work out.

The goal was to build a space for people who are serious about training—people who want to improve, stay consistent, and actually develop real skills like handstands, strength, and mobility.

Just as important, it’s about creating a community where people support each other, push each other, and grow together over time.
