Ted has been involved in athletics for over a decade, and has two years of personal training experience. He has competed at the collegiate level for four years at the University of La Verne. Upon graduating with a B.S. in Biology/Health Science, Ted continued his studies and received his personal training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Ted teaches his client using a variety of methods such as bodyweight strength & conditioning, mobility, and weightlifting. This type of training is transferable to other sports, physical practices, and routine day to day activities. Beyond physical capabilities this training will also enhance your psychological heath and well-being. A lifelong student, Ted still receives coaching and mentorship to ensure his clients always receive the highest quality services.
